Scott first volunteered on an FDRD project in 2005, but since that time he has also served on the Board of Directors and Organization Staff. Scott holds a degree in Protected Areas Management from Colorado State University, and has held several jobs working to protect the western lands that brought him from his home state of Alabama.

Christiane joined the FDRD staff in December of 2009. She received a B.S. in Parks and Recreation with an emphasis in Interpretation from Michigan State University and a M.S. in Environmental Education from Lesley University through the experiential, traveling program called Audubon Expedition Institute. She has worked for several years with governmental, nonprofit, and commerical agencies delivering educational and recreational programs in several states as well as in Guatemala and Mexico. Christiane loves recreating in the mountains of Colorado and is an inspired artist and nature enthusiast.

Hilary began volunteering with the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District in 2008 and is currently their Youth Coordinator. She received her degree in psychology from the Univeristy of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She has worked for numerous non-profit trail organizations throughout the Rockies including the Montana Conservation Corps and the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative. Hilary is passionate about engaging youth to the outdoors through education and stewardship.

Sarah will be working with FDRD as their Seasonal Project Coordinator. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Recreation Management with an emphasis in Outdoor Experiential Education and received a graduate certificate from the University of Idaho in Environmental Education. She has worked with several non-profit agencies including AmeriCorps, the Palouse Clearwater Environmental Institute, the McCall Outdoor Science School, and the Rocky Mountain Youth Corps as well as several governmental agencies. Sarah is passionate about being outside and teaching others about the incredible area that we are so fortunate to live in.
