Free Snowshoe Hike Meet-up with The Cycle Effect
Join us and The Cycle Effect for a FREE and fun snowshoe hike in Frisco! Girls grades 6-12 and parents are welcome to attend!
We will meet at The Rainbow Lakes trailhead, often referred to as “Zach’s Stop” or Second Street Trailhead in downtown Frisco.
- From I-70, take Exit 201 (Frisco Main Street) and travel east into the town of Frisco.
- Travel down Main Street to Second Avenue and turn right.
- Proceed to the end of the road until it crosses the Rec Path and turns to dirt.
Please come prepared similar to what you would wear to go snowboarding/skiing...
Neck buff or scarf
Gloves or mittens
Base layer and winter jacket
Snowboard boots or winter boots
Full water bottle
Snowshoes will be provided or you can bring your own
Parents and youth can learn about The Cycle Effect program starting in 2018 and how to get involved. Please invite your friends and help us spread the word!
