National Trails Day at Salt Lick

When: Saturday, June 2nd from 9 am to 2 pm

Where: Salt Lick Trail System - We'll meet at the main trailhead adjacent to the gas station at the bottom of Wildernest in Silverthorne, CO.

How often do you use trails in Summit County? Once a month? Twice a week? Three times a day? (don't we all wish!) If everyone in Summit County volunteered ONE DAY on a trail maintenance project, Summit County would have the most diverse and amazing trails in Colorado. People from all over the nation will be out on this day to contribute to their local, public lands. We know how much you love ours, so come give us a hand! Pug Ryan's will be providing a post-project BBQ and beer for all project participants. You won't want to miss this one!

We will focus on completing the turnpike we started for National Trails Day in 2017.
