Hello FDRD Friends, Volunteers, and Partners,
It is with a heart full of gratitude and a tinge of sadness that I announce that I will be moving on from my role as the Education and Youth Programs Manager with the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District. I will not only be leaving Summit County, but also Colorado, and America, to start a new and exciting chapter of my life in the United Kingdom.
I am so very grateful for all the wonderful experiences that I have been afforded throughout my time with FDRD. I truly feel that landing in my position when I did was fate and am eternally grateful. Over the past year and a half, I have had the distinct pleasure of working with our amazing community to help preserve and protect our public lands and the wildlife that live here. I have grown enormously, both personally and professionally, and owe it all to each and every one of you. You all are truly what makes Summit County great.
I will forever hold FDRD and our mountain community in a very special corner of my heart. My final day with FDRD will be October 25th. The gang at the FDRD office always know how to get ahold of me and I would genuinely love to hear from all of you. Please don’t be a stranger in the future! Here’s to the next adventure!
