Afterschool Enrichment on Wednesdays

Sessions:

• Breckenridge Elementary: January 8 – February 19
• Dillon Valley: March 5 – April 16
• Silverthorne Elementary: April 30 – June 4

Friends of the Dillon Ranger District (FDRD) is excited to offer the Junior Forest Stewards program at your elementary school this spring! This FREE seven-week afterschool program will run each Wednesday from the end of the school day until 5:30 pm for elementary students K-5. Join us for an engaging and educational experience focusing on public land stewardship! Weekly topics include:

• Week 1: Water in the West
• Week 2: Five Senses Exploration
• Week 3: Wildlife Adaptations
• Week 4: Forest Health
• Week 5: Plants and Pollinators
• Week 6: Geology and Mining
• Week 7: Adventure Preparedness
